As seen on multiplayer servers, c4/explosive bullets can destroy blocks directly behind water. this issiue occurs only when said entities make contact with the block from 0 (below), 2 (north-facing) and 4 (west-facing). According to a debugger I attached the explosion gets created just inside the hit block when the block gets hit from these directions.
