Leaning screen

When I get out of the vehicles,Minecraft is looks like leaning.
To eliminate this,I must restart Minecraft.
MC version:1.12.2 Forge version:14.23.5.2775 Flan's mod version:5.6
(I am not good at English)
I've been unable to replicate this, could you try with the latest Forge recommended build and no other mods?
It was looked fixing,but other world is looked like leaning(Flan's mod is not installing)
