Using flansmod 5.5.1
Not sure if it has been fixed in newer versions:

In the flansmod config, the boolean "B:ShootOnRightClick" is wrongly interpreted, default is false, but in default you shoot with rightclick, you have to set this config to true to shoot with leftclick.

This is quite an old bug, and i can't imagine noone noticed it yet.
