Describe problem (what you were doing / what happened): Can't set priority on inventory link nodes.

I'm using storage drawers for most of my storage but I need overflow chests for the rest of it, except there's no way to tell the storage network to insert into the storage drawers before the overflow chests. I tried distance from inserter and also distance from root block, neither worked. I can't update to 1.16 yet, since I'm playing with the Create mod which isn't out for 1.16 yet.

Filtering is very buggy in 1.16 as well. I cannot find the exact way to reproduce the bug because filtering breaks after X many chests are added to the network but it is not consistent as to how many can be added before it breaks. On my server I can have 24 linked chests before filtering breaks. On my single player test I can only have 8.
