They also don't appear in the Chests Connected, but they do in the Remote Accses (and interfaces)

So you have a network with a vanilla chest? And all vanilla items can go in and out of the network, but a pixelmon item cant?

Ill be honest, sounds like an issue with that pixelmon item, since items from all other mods are just fine. Maybe the TM item has a bug?
