Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):
Old writeup:
Threw it in the pack because I can't live without it of course... and things worked perfectly fine.
Then out of the blue after probably 4 hours of gameplay (with misc resource collection/crafting meanwhile), the Storage Request Table has decided it doesn't want to remain open for more than roughly a second (varies), almost like being moved too far from a workbench.
Items in storage show up fine and can be grabbed with speed, could probably even craft with it if quick enough.
The advanced storage remote still works flawlessly as does the network itself and the storage inventory block.
Did some testing and narrowed it down to my enderstorage chests.... except they were working fine before. They're just hooked up with an export cable to shunt ore into a smeltery on the other end.
In my test of pulling apart my network, I had 2 enderstorage chests connected to export cables we'll call [Orange] and [Brown]. I was experiencing the bug (with the old details above in italics) no matter where I put the SRT on the network, and made a 2nd storage master off elsewhere with just a minecraft chest, simple cable, and SRT. The chest had 2 stacks of 1 cobble in it. The FIRST time I opened the gui it did the same "close after 0.5 seconds" issue, but the SECOND and onward times it's working fine. (It also works fine if the chest is made an enderstorage one, items or no items. As a sidenote, none of this seems to relate to chunk borders.)
So I think, must be part of my network, and start toggling filters to whitelist, and narrow it down to the enderstorage. I remove [Brown] (the enderstorage chest), and suddenly the SRT is working fine again. I readd [Brown] and it's broken, remove and it's fine, etc.......
I wonder if there's some bizarre issue with having two connected, so I remove [Orange] (which keep in mind SRT was working fine without [Brown] there) and readd [Brown] where brown was originally..... broken. Remove [Brown] and readd [Orange] where orange was originally.... broken. Huh. Whatever mysterious force was keeping [Orange] working has abandoned me. No combination of adding/removing them has restored the SRT besides removing both.
Further confusing things: I have had a third enderstorage [Red] (smeltery output) connected to an import cable the entire time. It works fine without [Orange] or [Brown] and removing or readding it makes no difference to the SRT.
The enderstorage chests have all been part of the setup for plenty of gameplay where it was working fine, and the only other things on the network are a wall of storagedrawers linked to master, 2 ironchests, 1 medium storage crate. As noted above, everything works flawlessly if the enderstorage connected to exports are removed (not the exports themselves, no inherent issue with them) and ONLY the SRT has chosen to break when they're connected.
Of note: there's no problem with the network... the exports still shunt ore to enderstorage into smelter and ingots back through an enderstorage just fine. Toggling whitelists vs physically removing the connection (storage cable) has made no difference in testing. Neither has export cables having items in the filter or not.
Sorry for the wall, this is as confusing to me as it is to you.

Log file link: There is unhelpfully nothing useful in the log, no error or warning, nothing out of the ordinary. I went through the whole thing.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the pack and the issue showing up after random amount of gameplay paring it down mod by mod (binary search or otherwise) isn't really feasible.

Right click to open gui, it closes itself after some fraction of a second. Items still display. JEI sync/sorts can be toggled and save. Not a mouse/keyboard issue either.
