Placing one of the blocks causes the server to crash and leaves a corrupted chunk and caused me to lose all my villager trades and many collected items with in the chunk super upset had to reset the chunk.....

the latest version [1.18.1-1.5.4.jar] fixes a few crashes and compatibility issues, as long as the Forge and JEI versions are compatible

1.18 does not help.
There are more versions like mod version or forge versions.
