Dupe with Sophisticated Backpacks

Single Player or Server: Both

Problem: I'm using SSN and sophisticated backpacks in my modpack, but if I craft an item with sophisticated backpack with tank upgrade, the backpack is duping. I tried other crafting tables(Vanilla, Crafting Station, Refined Storage, etc.) and it's only happening in the SSN crafting grid. I asked about sophisticated backpack author too and he said it should be about SSN.

It's happening with silent gear hammers too while crafting dusts with hammer. It duplicates hammers when shift+clicking.
