Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

ok i discovers how to use the backpack stack upgrade and want to re arrange my storage network to reduce the # of chest (backpack) to the minimum it is working.
i install an import link cable to the network to damp all item by using the backpack deposit upgrade. no problem.

and here i thought.
why dont i make the room my crafting room as now i have a lot of space or make it the room next to crafting space.
to do that i need some backpack with some specific item (log - ore -sapling - stone - dirt - other type) for fast access.
so i link the backpack to export link cables but the item export stop showing up in my network remote.
to solve the problem i use (one export and one cable link) per backpack.
now it is extracting and showing up in network. ok 👌
now i left the export filter empty and use the backpack filter to match item in backpack so it will only allow item in backpack to be imported to backpack.
and ......... failed.
try by add items to export cable filter (small filter but ok) use the filter option import from chest .......
failed .
i even lost some item from backpack that are only 1 or 2 in quantity in backpack.
try using only one item in filter.
ok work but if the item need to be filter are only 1 or 2 in quantity in backpack it will disappear from the network.
and i need to add the item to filter to (summon it) for other backpack to this one.

can some one help me with a better setup

to increase the import speed each one of import cable has 2 speed and 2 stack upgrade

as for the filtering issue:
i discover that the problem accord because both the link and export cable are connecting at the same time.
so i redesign it so that i have tow (nano) network that can connect to the main network nut i use sticky piston to disconnect (one link cable) them if needed.
then use Redstone inverter so that when one (nano) network is connected the other is disconnect.
