Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):
(Medieval Minecraft [FORGE] 8.5HF]
Added roughly 6 stacks of chests to my already large storage, totaling 450 double chests all linked on one side only with link cables and then routed to the root block, the root block was connected to this mass storage and then to 9 furnaces, blast furnaces, and smokers exporting cooked items and spent lava buckets, and then refilling with lava buckets, these furnaces and such did not add to the total inventory count of the first root block because they were not utilizing link cables, so i instead hooked the 9 furnaces, 9 blast furnaces, 9 smokers all to their own root block with a single chest to mass smelt/cook items. my inventory system also has three other receptacles throughout my base to easily access, each of the 4 players on my server also has a storage remote.

After i had upgraded storage, i right clicked several items into the system through my remote and all of the items i right clicked into the system were deleted, i had double checked chest placement, cable placement, cable type, and individual chest contents of all 400+ chests plus my furnaces ( these had not been given any items they should not be given), replaced master root block, replaced all cables reduced chest storage to ~250 chests. The items did not repopulate.
