Different items of same ID get aggregated into one type when taking them out of the system

Single Player or Server: Server (Vault Hunters 3)
Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):
Vault Hunters 3 has different relics that all share the same ID (the_vault:vault_relic_fragment) but have custom data, icons, names, etc as such:
I was taking out items via the Storage Request Table and while doing so, some of my different relics got aggregated into one type of relic, to be precise, I shift clicked a type of relic in the GUI of the storage network to get it into my inventory and it took multiple types/stacks out at once despite being separate in the GUI and combined them into one type in my inventory.
