Storage Network Roots are causing lagg on 1.18.2

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):
We have a number of users that are using Storage network Roots that are hitting way above 500us/t from 1000-9000us/t on observable on modpack SkyT 0.9. dont know if the coding is lagging the server or what not, but asking my server member to discontinue from using the item is upsetting them, can you look into what causing it?
also the TPS is currently 10

couldn't figure out what was causing issues on my server today, but then ran Observable, and found the same thing.

Forge: 43.3.0
