Even Numbered Items Splitting and Disappearing

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):
When you take items out of the storage request table and are currently on an even number, they will split in half to your inventory and the other half disappears. For example, If I have 16 Oak Leaves in the storage networks and click to take it out, it will give you only 8 leaves and the other disappears.

You have your network setup incorrectly.
In what way? Network root connects to inventories using link cables, the root is connected to my request table using network cables.
I tested more things. Turns out it might have something to do with items with the same ID in different chests. For example, If I have half a stack of emeralds in one chest connected to the network, and half a stack of emeralds in another chest connected to the network, it only pulls out half a stack when I take it from the Request table. I put the half stack back in and I just lost 32 emeralds. They disappear.
