There was a similar issue mentioned in post from november, items just dissapear when they are taken from the network for some reason, everything is clearly shown on the attached video link, happens to any stacks, like even books of the same enchantment dissapear.

pitching in as we use MMC 4 Medieval and it also uses the same mod and it comes from the same creator of the modpack. We have the same situation, however, it only occurs when we add Gems to the system.

However, a version before the latest HF, did the plugin also eat some items from time to time, however we do noticed that this only would occur if there was too much in the area. ( plugin also states that its not advised to use some of the blocks on a larger network of chests, so we assumed it was that )
