Items disappearing instead of being added to storage drawers

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):
The problem is that when a storage drawer gets restocked through SSN, more items get deducted at the source than arrive in the drawer. This only happens when less than 24 items have to be restocked at the time the restocking begins.
If a chest is restocked (no matter how many items were missing) this does not happen.
The amount of disappearing items also changes based on the drawer setup.
If you have a storage drawer controller and a regular drawer connected to it, 2 items get deducted while 1 gets added.
If you have a storage drawer controller, a regular drawer and a 2x2 drawer connected, 3 items get deducted while 1 gets added.
