Spped Upgrades Causing Item Loss

Transferring items with upgrades on the exporter are causing some items to be lost during the transport. Seems that the more speed on the exporter the greater the % of loss is.
Sorry i got really busy but yes im working in this fix now
Simple setup: One speed upgrade, what I think it does is remove 4 per cycle from the left, but then insert 3 on the right:
just put stone on the left it happens right away
