As of SimpleStorageNetwork-1.12.2-1.2.8, with mysticalagriculture-1.12-1.6.12, the Infusion Crystal item gets damaged but never broken while crafting with it:

Our storage system is using purely Golden chests from the IronChest mod.
I've not tried with other mods' tools, so it might be a Mystical Agriculture bug?

I thought the crystal was meant to be unbreakable.

based on picture I assume it lets you craft for free, that is, when durability hits zero it SHOULD break but it keeps going down.

If this happens on a vanilla crafting table, its their bug. If it breaks on a table but not here then its my bug

The Tiered Crystal mod is an extension to Mystical Agriculture that add more 'tools'. Only the Master crystal is unlimited/unbreakable. We'll add to test with other tools and vanilla crafting table.

Wire cutters break normally when their durability hits zero. (no changes, still in 1.2.8)

Issue isn't reproduced in a crafting table with intermedium crystal.
Issue is reproduced in a storage crafting grid with intermedium crystal.
Is it because we have a full stack of ingredient vs pulling from the storage?

Thanks for the reply ill check it out. Looks like i use totally different logic when using singles VS shift clicking, and in my GIF above it is a shift click
