To start, remove optifine and get rubidium and I am also getting this issue, so when I fix it I will give you the fix
The fix is to delete this mod and get this mod https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/uncrafter
its better, once you get the mod your going to need to go to configs and make it give all items
