Im having problems with the mod in a server with the better minecraft modpack

So basically i'm hosting a server that includes the mod and when whe try to use it it says it's unavailable.So it would be nice if someone can tell me what's the problem ad if i can fix it somehow.Here should be a photo of the message and a log .
