Since encryption is being worked on and 7a903ce was pushed the readme should reflect that progress is being made on voice encryption so people don't accidentally create feature requests for it or if the feature is ready to be used in production the readme should state how to enable and set up encryption if it is not on by default as where it should also reflect that other wise.

Encryption currently is only in the latest alpha versions.
It is not well tested and I can currently not guarantee thatvit is not exploitable.
I will update the description once it is in the stable releases.

The encryption works out of the box. No setup or configuration required.
