Sea of warnings while in game

Every second, when in a server, I get the following warning:

Here's a log where I joined the server for 10 seconds and then exited and then joined again:

I also get kicked from the server randomly and I get something along the lines of "stopping audio engine" or something like that. That could possibly not be related to simple voice chat, but I really don't know where to start with it.
