Bug description
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When there only 1 player in the group and that player "Disconnected" from the server without leaving the group the group stay as an empty group without any player.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a new group
2. press esc and disconnect
3. join back to the server
4. press "v" you are not in a group but when check group tab it show a empty group with name that we added when created

Expected behavior
Group get removed if player disconnect and there no other group in the group.
