Bug description

Every time I try to join a vanilla server the client kicks me with the reason "Network protocol error", the report says that is a package handling error because voicechat:request_secret may not be sent to the server, on 1.20+ based servers (such as MCC Island) still throwing the same error on the report but the client can join without any problem.

I don't know if this happens on older Minecraft versions and/or other Neoforge's versions, since I only tested other mod loaders.

This issue doesn't happen on both Fabric and Forge.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the game using Neoforge.
2. Join to a server without the mod/plugin installed.

Expected behavior

Join to the server with the voice chat disconnected, as Fabric and Forge does.
