Opening the radiosmithing station shows a glitched UI that can't be used properly. Some of the buttons are visible and a frequency can be typed in but e.g. the confirm button is unreachable.

1. Craft and place a radiosmithing station
2. Open the radiosmithing station interface by right-click

Modlist is attached. Some of the mods potentially affecting the UI is the common Trash Slot and Mindful Darkness, though the issue looks the same in light and dark mode and MD is one of the few dark mode mods that achieves the look with filters and not actually replacing UI elements. Edit: Can confirm it's not Trash Slot, looks the same with it disabled.

Turns out this was just caused by the Create-themed resource pack for Simple Radio. The mod was auto-updated, the resource pack was not. https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/simple-create-radios
