When you're losing water, it all has to go somewhere, right? Having water particles drip from the player when losing water naturally would be a pretty cool immersive feature. Perhaps one particle for every single drop of water in the thirst bar? Water wouldn't be dripping though when you have the thirsty effect though, because that is caused by drinking unsanitary water, not causing sweat (logically).
