Custom names are not preserved unless a villager has already been traded with

Expected Behaviour:
Villagers with custom names keep those names after being picked up.
Actual Behaviour:
Villagers only keep their custom names if they have already been traded with (IE their trades are already locked.)
Indirectly Caused Incompatibility:
Testing Environment:
- Fabric - 0.14.22
- SimpleVillagers - 1.20+1.4.5
- Villager Names - 1.20.1-5.2
