Player can't use "F" in backpack GUI

2.1.8+mc1.21-b57, NeoForge 21.1.85

In backpack's GUI, player can't press "F" to switch the items in backpack/inventory to offhand.

This is semi intentional, leftovers from dupe protections, people would use it to move the backpack around while it was open.
