[BUG] Cats not breeding 1.16.5

Describe the bug:
Cats not doing the breeding alone and I doing everything said on the breeding page.

To Reproduce:
just got few cats females on heat and males that can breed on same location and they not breeding like intended.

Expected behavior:
they actully do the breeding together alone when the females be on heat.

How many cats are in the area, and can you send a copy of your config? When you changed the breeding limit, did you restart the world to see if it worked?

limit is pretty large and I only have 6 cats on the spot that they are

Basically the males refuse to do they job when the females are on heat
