Can't make iron shears

Running 1.10.2 with Forge 12.18.3.2254 and a bunch of mods
Simply Conveyors replaces the recipe for shears with iron roller.
I had to cheat in a pair of shears.
I can't find a recipe in any config file.
Attached is the list of mods

Wow... I can't believe I managed to screw up so bad I messed up a vanilla recipe. It'll be fixed shortly.
