I guess it's considered a very minor thing, but I think it would make sense, when a modifier is disabled in the configs, that the recipe to craft it gets disabled, too.

I noticed it with the "smelting"-modifier (in case it's the only one that doesn't do that).
Even with the config set to false for it the recipe still could be used. Just the "adding" to the hammers simply destroyed it without effect. (so for people who don't look through configs it looks like a bug)
