For worldgen: Sure, I can add a check to see if Sakura hot springs are enabled or not.
For the thing where picking up BOP hot spring water with a bucket turns it into Simply Hot Springs hot spring water: Unfortunately, I can't do the same here. Sakura hot spring water uses a unique fluid name.
