When updating Ender IO from 5.2.59 to 5.2.66, some of the machine integration recipes for Ender IO broke, because Ender IO now requires an addition RecipeLevel parameter in its recipe definitions, see this example from EnderTweaker Example for the corrected syntax, as I cannot find the exact commit in the Ender IO updates.

This change broke the flight control unit recipe in the soulbinder.
