White Slabs can be split into Panels easily enough

However, to do the same with colored Slabs requires you to convert them back to white first as there's no recipe to go from a colored slab to a colored panel.

Similarly, white slabs can be made by combining two white panels. Would be nice if that also worked for every color variant.
