When I upgraded 3 times jump % its causes me to jump way to high and sometimes I can't stop it and fly more than 100 blocks high. I have stealth perk so when I activate it, I can stop flying and fall down.

Have you performed isolation testing, with only simply skills and its dependencies to confirm the issue is actually being caused by simply skills?
