I was testing some damage values in creative, when i noticed that the passive melee damage boost dont apply.

I'm not aware of any new problematic mods, however Puffish Skills did recently change the way they handle attributes.
Could you please try the latest version of Simply Skills (1.0.1) and let me know if the issue persists?

This means you have an incompatible mod in your modpack.
Known possible issues are:

• Outdated version of Zenith
• Portinglib (or any mod depending on portinglib)
• Attribute Fix

I'm having this issue as well. Both melee and ranged damage are not scaling. Spell Power is working fine afaik. Are there any new known incompatible mods?
