The item frame is an in game item that you can place items on it for show, the bug is that the mod changed item frame's behavior.

Step:
1, Place an item frame.
2, Put any item on item frame (hold an item and right click item frame).
3, left click item frame, the item and item frame both drops.

Normal behavior:
The item frame should not drop.

Removed simplyswords-fabric-1.54.0-1.20.1.jar from mods folder, the bug is gone, vise versa.

Minecraft version: 1.20.1

I can vouch for this, pretty sure it was introduced in the same update that added Flamewind and is an issue even in today's release still
