Hello. Here's how to reproduce the bug

With SimplySwords and Apotheosis installed:

1. Make a runic blade with the netherite sword, a runic tablet, a diamond, and smithing table.
2. Get a gem from Apotheosis and combine it with the runic blade in the smithing table. For example, a Lunar Gem.
3. See that the runic power has been re-rolled, as if a runic tablet was used.
