When used in the offhand, Storm's Edge grants resistance 6, like it should, but the dash isn't triggered, neither is the cooldown. This allows the resistance to be instantly gained again, acting as a 360 degree shield against all damage.

I've also noticed this issue. To fix it for servers, I either disable it in the config, or download a mod to make it unusable when in the offhand.
