Unique weapons not added to loot pools on the neoforge version

Have you performed isolation testing?
yes. I tested on a modpack and I've tested on a neoforge client with only simply swords. I also modified the line on the config file under config\simplyswords\loot.toml and set uniqueLoot TableWeight to 100 and also test it setting it to 1. on neither occasion do unique weapons show up on chests.
I've tested setting the dragon's loot table to 100% and killing the dragon and it doesn't produce any unique weapons
I tried comparing it to the fabric version of the mod on a mod pack called Prominence II (where I originally learned of the mod) and I noticed that there is a whole file missing from the neoforge version called "booleans.json5" which seems to be the file that controls weather swords show up on loot tables and what swords to disable
I have tried adding the config line add_weapons_to_loot_tables = yes to the general.toml config file but this line gets erased as soon as the mod loads (meaning is invalid and the game doesn't detect it)
I have tried looking online for answers as well as the closed issues section but I'm unable to find it anywhere
I understand the neoforge port of the mod is still very new and this is perhaps missing from this edition?
To Reproduce
I went to the end and searched on end city chests since they tend to contain the most look. I've also set the loot table to uniques to 100% to make sure it wasn't the rarity and I'm still unable to get any unique weapons (I can still find other loot such as rune tablets on the chests
Expected behavior
I'm expecting to find the unique weapons on chests on dungeons and other modded content but even vanilla end city loot chests are not getting unique weapon loot

I really like your mod and it works really well with better combat. I suggested it to be added to our modpack that is currently in development and would like to have this mod properly configured so that we can find the unique weapons on dungeon loot chests.

After testing for myself, I am having the same issue on the newest version of Simply Swords on Fabric, so you're not alone there. I set up a game instance with Simply Swords and Better Combat (along with their dependencies) only, set the drop rate for unique weapons on the wither to 100, and the wither failed to drop a unique.
It seems that unique weapons, alone, are failing to generate in chests and drops. I am getting everything else generating properly.

Might add here since issue is same, but also in forge 1.20.1, no matter how many chests i go through, there are no weapons in any loot tables, even if just enough resources say so... I went through couple hundred using both actual looking and spawning using The One Box from enigmatic legacy on chests to spawn loots. So none of the uncraftable weapons are achievable in survival from what im seeing...
I am also encountering this issue on Fabric 1.21.1, went through the jar and there was no loot table to be found. I may make a temporary fix to address the problems with this.
Hello, Simply Swords v1.60.11 is also encountering this on NeoForge 21.1.169 for Minecraft 1.21.1, is there an ETA on the fix or perhaps a datapack that can be used for the time being?
I have had the same issues as listed above, with similar personal testing. I set enderdragon to 100%, etc. Only way to get them rn is creative. Multiplayer fabric server, 1.21.1
Unique Weapons simply are not generating in any loot pools anywhere..??
