I ran the 1.19.3 version on 1.19.4 with no issues, but whenever i use a unique sword with an ability, whether it be passive or activated it just crashes my game

Simply Swords does not have a 1.19.4 compatible version. Please remove the mod or downgrade your Minecraft version.
