[1.15] Consider adding honey to tea

Honey is a good sweetener for tea, so it should have an interesting functional use. I would like another alternative, kinda like how potions have both redstone and glowstone, sugar is tricky as vanilla recipes let you craft honey into sugar. Making milk or the tea "cinnamon" sticks more useful outside of chai is an option as well.
