Describe the bug

Can't join Server, because of Packet error

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a 1.21.1 neoforge server
  2. Add, Sinytra, Connector Extras, Forgified Fabric Api and Tech Reborn (all latest version)
  3. try to join the server
    ...

When joining the server you get the The TechReborn mod must be installed to play on this server.

Also the Server console gives this Error:
