This is not an issue with CraftTweaker, this is an issue with a Fabric API's mixin and MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge@f09c6d0.
The only reason that CraftTweaker is mentioned is because we are the first ones to cause classloading of that class.

It's an issue with the latest version of Forge and FFAPI. It will be fixed when Sinytra/ForgifiedFabricAPI#191 is merged. Until then, downgrade Forge to 47.3.25.
