this is a concept i had, and was rejected by another developer for compatibility, this essentially also has performance benefits, we need an OpenGL to rust translation layer for all calls, modded or not the algorithm will read what resource the call is asking for from openGL, then just translates it to rust and moves the target to the rust version of that resource, this is allowing all mods to take advantage of rust while having the same compatibility as OpenGL
