as we can see 3d skin parts are lying above selfexpression clothings,
of course you can just disable them in mod config, but what's the point of mod then

You need to change the setting to make the 3d smaller. Looks like the selfexpression layers are really close to the vanilla layers, barely being smaller than the 3d layers.
