Invisible Gaia (Botania) if using SkinPort without 1.8 skin

If you are playing with SkinPort without using a 1.8 skin, the Botania Gaia boss (1 and 2) will stay invisible.

Also, if you have a 1.8 skin, gaia will stay visible, but with glitched textures.

Can you provide versions of both mods? and possibly a modlist? I remember playing botania myself didn't have this problem.
