Describe the bug
Skizzik Heads with Gems have a messed up texture following the changes to the Skizzik texture offsets.
This is most likely caused by the texture size.

Please complete the following information:

• Minecraft Version: 1.17.1
• Applicable Branches: Skizzik-FG1.17.1, HalloweenUpdate-FG1.17.1

Applies to Skizzik Skulls (Projectile) since latest commit on the Halloween update.
(Too lazy to fix lol)

While the issue will continue to persist on Skizzik-FG1.17.1, it will be fixed in Beta 4 - Part 1 (5e2c953).
The issue will be fixed after Part 2's release which is also when the branch will be merged into Forge-1.17.1. After that I can sync the branches to the main one.
