At the moment, all teams are shown. Adding filters lets you get a better view on larger (community) servers.
My thoughts:

• Visit allowed
• Join requests allowed
• Hide empty teams

These filters should be accessible with checkboxes on top of the screen. If you have too much free time, make it collapsable for a better overview.
