Inconsistent fluid movement from fluid drippers.

Using the fluid droppers, when they have a choice in direction of sideways or down it seems that they go sideways first if the transfer direction is South or East. North or West go down first.

Also, on a relog, the ones that were facing north and west will no longer transfer out of the crucible. The ones that were south and east change preference to fill down first then sideways.
