Combustion heaters that use RF no longer providing the correct HU/T

Since version 2.1.3 update the Bronze and Electrum combustion heaters do not appear to be providing the correct HU/T. They appear to only provide a fraction of the HU/T they did in version 2.1.2.

I understand that the ratio change between versions, the problem is the JIE figure does not match the block usage. Could you please give us some idea of the real usage with the changes?
